We are looking for a customer-focused Product Owner who is passionate about building products that solve real business problems. You will play a key role in connecting business objectives, customer needs, and engineering execution by translating product strategy into actionable development work.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and internal stakeholders, you will own the product backlog, facilitate product discovery, prioritize initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of valuable product increments.
This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make informed prioritization decisions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

- Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product vision, business objectives, and customer needs.
- Translate customer feedback, market insights, and stakeholder requirements into well-defined product initiatives.
- Create and manage Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and other product documentation required for development.
- Break down complex initiatives into clear, actionable sprint-ready tasks.
- Lead product discovery activities alongside Squad Leads, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to evaluate technical approaches, estimate effort, and assess implementation risks.
- Plan sprint scope and support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning.
- Monitor sprint execution, identify blockers, and work collaboratively with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding product priorities, roadmap, and delivery expectations.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, and team velocity to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure product features comply with applicable regulations, quality standards, and business requirements.
- Act as a product advocate, promoting product knowledge across internal teams and supporting product communication initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar product management role.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
- Ability to write clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience facilitating product discovery, backlog refinement, and sprint planning sessions.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
- Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence to lead customer-facing meetings and collaborate effectively with North American clients.
- Comfortable facilitating discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and presenting product updates directly to customers.
- Experience working in SaaS or B2B software companies.
- Knowledge of software architecture and system integration concepts.
- Familiarity with UX principles and customer-centric product development.
- Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced technology environments.
- Understanding of product discovery frameworks and outcome-driven product management.
- Experience collaborating with distributed or cross-functional teams.
- Certification such as Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent.
- Experience using product analytics or customer feedback platforms to support prioritization decisions.
