- Design testing plans and ensure they are kept up to date
- Design and develop automation scripts
- Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, Regression)
- Create deployment and support documentation
- Analysing user stories/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a QA Engineer, Automation Engineer or QA Analyst
- Proficiency in software testing techniques, testing tools, incident/defect tracking systems and other test-support tools
- Knowledge and experience in building automation frameworks and scripts using tools such as Cypress, BrowserStack, Selenium
- Experience with Scrum methodology as well as tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io
- Tertiary qualification in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar commercial experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to drill down to discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Great communication skills, analytical skills, time management
- Able to work collaboratively as well as autonomously as needed
- Experience with Javascript, Typescript, React.js and/or Postman
- ISTQB certification would be a bonus
