Senior Account Manager

- You should proactively act on opportunities to increase revenue within the existing accounts.
- Prevent churn by identifying accounts at risk.
- Revert churn requests through client retention.
- Onboard customers using CRM tools and other resources to facilitate the adoption of new features.
- Nurture customer relationships through regular e-mails, and calls, and conduct video account reviews.
- Touch base with accounts at least once per quarter, with higher frequency for priority accounts.
- Perform webinars and act as a product expert for prospective and existing clients.
- Manage renewals, identify adoption opportunities, and convert opportunities to annual plans using the HubSpot renewal pipeline.
- Maintain and update the sales funnel, ensuring accurate close dates, ARR amounts, and deal stages.
- Maintain comprehensive account records in the CRM.
- Document reasons for wins and losses, and provide detailed churn documentation for leadership.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share information and strategies, reducing customer churn and supporting renewals.
- Collect and provide client feedback to the product team.
- Develop a thorough understanding of company products and stay updated on industry trends and internal product developments.
- Research emerging technologies, trends, and competitive information.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to work in a different time zone.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver effective presentations and conduct webinars.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, strong organizational and time management skills, capable of balancing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- High performance in sales negotiation.
- Ability to analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and service improvement.
- Ability to collaborate with different internal teams, such as Sales, Customer Support, and Product Development, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Hours US Eastern Time (EST) and US Holidays.
- Experience working with international clients, particularly in the USA and Europe.
- Knowledge of the tech industry and technologies.
- Previous experience in a SaaS company.
- Experience with email marketing and template creation.
- Experience in fast-paced, growing organizations such as startups.
