As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of the engineering team within the technology organization at Fingermark. You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to build high-quality technology solutions.

- Collaborate and work closely with internal teams and vendors.
- Support and develop other engineers by providing advice, coaching, and mentoring.
- Apply coding standards and best practices to ensure quality software.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Design and implement web architectures and distributed applications.
- Develop detailed technical designs and high-quality documentation.
- Analyze existing systems for continuous improvements and recommend relevant changes.
- Identify risks and create mitigation action plans.
- Develop tools and processes to support product delivery.
- Focus on the impact and outcomes of the engineering team.
- Work towards achieving engineering and organizational goals.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in NodeJS.
- Proficiency in React.
- English - Advanced (C2 level) or fluent
- Proven experience in software development and product delivery.
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
- Knowledge of industry best practices.
- Experience in web architecture and distributed applications.
- Skills in system analysis and recommending relevant changes.
