We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer comfortable managing cloud infrastructure in a serverless environment. This is an opportunity to work remotely in Brazil or from our office in Auckland.

- Design high-quality infrastructure following best security practices.
- Manage Google Cloud environments.
- Reduce costs and enhance the scalability of the Supersonic product.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to product design and ideation as part of an empowered team.
- Mentor other engineers on best practices and building quality software.
- Establish a DevOps mindset within the team.
- Improve the software development process by automating bottlenecks.
- Use data and stakeholder input for informed decision-making.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Implement SRE practices focused on metrics and data-driven decisions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with infrastructure (SysAdmin, SRE, SysOps, DevOps).
- English - Advanced (C2 level) or fluent
- Strong knowledge of version control tools, such as Git.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms, such as Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Knowledge of legacy systems and migrations.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools, such as Terraform/HCL.
- Expertise in cloud systems, preferably Google Cloud.
- Experience with databases like Firestore, Postgres, and Redis.
- Experience with serverless computing, such as App Engine and Cloud Functions.
- Networking and security expertise (APIGW, Load Balancers, HTTP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls).
- Experience with ChromeOS devices and Chrome Enterprise.
- Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes/DockerFiles).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as NodeJS, Python, or Go.
- Experience with monitoring tools like NewRelic or Grafana.
