The primary focus of this role is to ensure that the Supersonic/Supernova (Kiosk) product roadmap is aligned with the company’s overall strategy and is delivered upon.
Responsibility for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle requires gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the engineering team, external tech partners, and other key business stakeholders to ensure product features and functions are aligned with market expectations.

- Overall responsibility for maintaining the operational environment for the Supersonic/Supernova Product (Kiosk).
- Oversee the in-house product development process, supported by the development teams in New Zealand and Brazil.
- Align with the senior business stakeholders and the individual product managers on what to build and when i.e. prioritization of workstreams
- Monitor and drive product creation to ensure delivery of defined products according to agreed Specification and Cost
- Ensure project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives through benefits realization phase
- Drive detailed technical evaluation and specification of new features
- Evaluate technical requirements of new opportunities or customers.

- Generate local insights to drive product development and maintain competitiveness and profitability of the product.
- Work with Product Managers & Tech Leads to deliver products on time and within budget.
- Ownership of releases to customers. QA signoff - Work to ensure tests are planned before development begins (Definition of done)
- Advanced/fluent English skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid technical background with experience in working with software delivery teams

- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
